Sailor Tells Of Dramatic Rescue 10/07/2023

The young sailor rescued from treacherous conditions off the coast of Kangaroo Island says it wasn’t the wild weather that brought his attempt at a world record undone.

A bridge and a railway underpass will have to be demolished or bypassed – at a cost of upwards of $340 million – to give trucks transporting massive wind turbines access to new renewable energy zones (REZ) in country NSW. 

Queensland is a national leader in road side births with hundreds of women a year having babies on highways in “pulled over” cars or ambulances. 

Victorians are paying more property tax than anyone else in Australia – and it’s going to get worse. 

A regional South Australian council was willing to issue warnings or expiation notices or even prosecute anyone older than four who entered public toilets of the opposite gender.
