Goolwa Beach man, 20, fighting for life after horror crash at Currency Creek
A 20-year-old driver is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after crashing into a tree south of Adelaide overnight.

A 20-year-old Goolwa Beach man is fighting for life in hospital after a horror crash near Currency Creek on Monday night.
Police and emergency services were called to Alexandrina Rd just after 9pm after reports a car had crashed into a tree.
The driver suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Alexandrina Rd was closed for several hours on Monday night while Major Crash investigators examined the scene.
The man’s car was towed from the scene for examination and the road has reopened.
Earlier this month, a 21-year-old died when his car veered off Twin Rivers Rd near Stockport around 8.45pm on June 1, mounted a rise and slammed into a gum tree.
The impact was so violent it split the car in two.
The driver was only person in the vehicle and tragically died at the scene.
