Dashcam captures moment driver rear-ends another car in Adelaide and then falls over

Dashcam has caught the moment a driver rear-ends another car on a busy Adelaide road, forgets his handbrake, and then falls over.

Dashcam has captured the bizarre moment a driver rear-ends another car on Montague Rd at Pooraka and then topples to the ground.

The footage, which appears to have been filmed in 2022 and was posted to Facebook by Dashcams Adelaide this week, shows a white van crashing into the rear of a car that had stopped at traffic lights.

The driver then gets out but appears to forget his handbrake, and is attempting to get back inside the van when he’s knocked over by the door.

He falls to the road as the van rolls back up the busy road, while standing appears to be beyond him. Another motorists then puts the van’s brake on – as a puzzle face appears to the left of screen to inspect the damage.

It comes after a video in July in which two utes refused to merge along Port Wakefield Rd, resulting in a minor collision.
