Adelaide man gave teen girls meth, GMH, sexually abused them on video, court told

A 49-year-old man who allegedly gave teen girls meth and GBH before sexually abusing them – and videoed it – may have other victims, a court has heard.

A man who allegedly abused two girls after giving them drugs may have other victims – and captured it all on video, a court has heard.

On Tuesday, a 49-year-old man from Adelaide’s north-eastern suburbs – who cannot be identified – appeared via video link in the Adelaide Magistrates Court as his case was delayed.

The court heard prosecution needed eight more weeks to firm up charges as analysis of video footage that allegedly captured offending was outstanding.

“The allegations were apparently filmed on devices at the house and on mobile devices and we’re just waiting for returns of the analysis of that,” prosecutors told Magistrate Justin Wickens.

The court heard the man had allegedly made admissions to the crimes, but his identity could not be revealed as other victims may still be coming forward.

After his arrest in April, court documents alleged he gave GHB and methamphetamine to at least two girls under the age of 17 in 2025.

The court heard both girls were “vulnerable children”.

The documents allege one of the girls was assaulted with a rope, and was harmed during the alleged offence.

The man was arrested following investigations from the Special Crimes Investigation Section.

He is yet to enter a plea to six counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under 17, five counts of sell, supply or administer controlled drug to child, and one count each of commit assault that causes harm, engage in unlawful sexual intercourse without consent and one count of supplying or administering drug to another person.

Mr Wickens adjourned the matter to return to court in September.
