A legal issue in the case against a Sydney heiress and insta-famous naturopath accused of sex with a child has “miraculously” been solved as she prepares to fight the charges, a court has heard.

Savannah Daisley, 45, is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy twice in one day in May, 2021.

Last December, Daisley pleaded not guilty to two charges of sex with a child after the prosecution dropped two more of the same charges.

She is due to face trial over the alleged offences in October.

The wellness guru did not appear in Downing Centre District Court, where Judge Kate Traill asked about a professional privilege argument regarding outstanding pieces of material.

Director of Public Prosecutions solicitor Rebecca Nezval earlier told the court that material related to a jail cell and mobile phone data.

On Monday, Ms Nezval told the court that “miraculously (the crown was) able to expedite the process and the material was analysed and served.”

“That was resolved outside of this court … all material has now been produced.”

The court earlier heard a “potentially erotic” dancing video will form part of the evidence against Daisley in the upcoming trial.

Police allege a highly intoxicated Daisley gave the child alcohol and said she had certain feelings for him before the alleged sex occurred.

Police legally tapped a phone call following the alleged incidents in which Daisley told the child to never speak of them again, the court also earlier heard of the police allegations.

Daisley was granted bail last year so she could continue to run her business, after her renowned horse-breeding father Ross Daisley secured a $100,000 surety.

Under her bail conditions, she must report to police twice a week and abstain from drugs and alcohol.

Daisley had previously built a glowing reputation as a wellness guru, branding her core program as “the world’s only gut-focused, premium, organic, practitioner grade detox kit”.

Photos of her 14-day Smart Cleanse kit were splashed inside health magazines and to her 40,000 followers.

Daisley was excused from appearing on Monday due to being legally represented.

Her case is next due to face court on Monday for a return of subpoena.
