Get pumped, Darwin: a unique nationally-acclaimed gym is on its way to the Top End.

S30 Studio is expanding its operations to Darwin, building on its existing footprint across Australia – including New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia, where it began in 2019.

While an exact opening date is still up in the air, the new fitness centre will be carved out of the former F45 site at 45 Stuart Highway, Stuart Park, and mark its largest studio in the country.

S30 has become an Australian sensation, using a unique lights off, sweat on environment and hybrid workouts.

The Darwin studio brings a first-to-market concept to the S30 experience with the addition of a new recovery zone to round out its fitness experience.

S30 co-founder and chief executive Luke Faulkner said the group had seen a rise in member appetite for wellness experiences, which led to the new studio.

“As a group, S30 is doubling down on a holistic approach to wellbeing, which allows our members to not only train hard but recover better,” he said.

“Our recovery zone applies the principles of contour therapy to enhance the workout experience for our members and allow them to enjoy the scientifically proven benefits, which include better mental acuity and sleep.”

Mr Faulkner said he was excited to launch the new studio and suggested further expansions into regional Australia were imminent.

“We are thrilled to be launching our 20th Australian studio in Darwin as we look to expand our network into regional Australia and give every person the chance to experience the S30 difference.”

“This studio is our largest ever studio spanning 275 square metres, so there’s plenty of room for people of the Northern Territory to be a part of Australia’s most exciting fitness experience,” he said.
