Woman dies after single-vehicle crash at Coulson in the Scenic Rim
A woman in her 50s has died and a man in his 50s is in a critical condition after the ute they were in left the road and hit a tree southwest of Brisbane.

A woman in her 50s has died in hospital following a crash where the ute she was a passenger in left the road and hit a tree southwest of Brisbane.
Police say a Ford Courier ute was travelling along Ipswich Boonah Road, near Beaudesert Boonah Road, at Coulson in the Scenic Rim about 10.30pm when it left the road and hit a tree.
The passenger, a 52-year-old Coulson woman, died at the scene.
The driver, a 52-year-old Coulson man, was flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating, and is appealing to anyone who may have any relevant information or CCTV/dashcam vision to come forward.
