12/96A monsoonal tropical low pressure system has brought devastating widespread flooding to North Queensland and parts of Cardwell in Far North Queensland,Bill Dunrobin and his six year old daughter Daisy Dunrobin moved from Brisbane to Cardwell one year ago with two bags of clothes.
