A teenage boy has suffered serious leg and head injuries on the Sunshine Coast after being hit by a car while riding his e-bike.

A teenage boy has suffered serious leg and head injuries this morning on the Sunshine Coast after being hit by a car while riding his e-bike.
Emergency crews were called to Albany St and Claymore Rd at Sippy Downs at 8.10am today.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics were treating a boy in his mid teens.
She said he had suffered significant leg and head injuries but that he was conscious, talking to paramedics and answering their questions.
The paramedic spokeswoman said he was in a stable condition but with serious injuries.
The Queensland Fire Department was also on scene.
