During the much-anticipated Queensland opener of her Summer Carnival stadium tour, American singer Pink was left both shocked and perplexed after receiving an unusual gift from a Brisbane fan.

As Pink strutted her stuff down the catwalk, a fan’s gesture caught her eye — a seemingly simple plush toy extended in her direction.

“Is this for me?”, the star asked with a smile.

However, the atmosphere quickly shifted as Pink examined the gift closer, her initial excitement giving way to shock and confusion as the seemingly innocuous toy revealed its startling feature, a mouth full of life-size teeth.

“This is definitely made for me,” she joked, only to then express her astonishment at the toy’s unexpected real-looking teeth.

“Are those teeth real?!” she asked, visibly taken aback, turning to her fans for some clarity amid her confusion.

The audience’s response was immediate and loud, a single word echoing through the venue: “Fuggler.”

The peculiar name matched the oddity of the gift — a Laboratory Misfit Fuggler, a toy not quite like any other.

Marketed as a cross between a teddy bear and the stuff of nightmares, these toys boast an unsettling set of oversized, human-like teeth, similar to the “before” shots you’d see at a dentist’s reception.

Despite their eerie appearance, these Fugglers have carved out a niche in Australian stores, including Kmart, captivating and horrifying shoppers in equal measure.

Born from the imagination of a British woman dubbed Mrs. McGettric in 2010, the Fugglers were conceived from the whimsical idea of teddy bears sporting dentures, turning a bizarre concept into a source of laughter.

Pink’s reaction to the unusual present — a mix of shock, amusement, and eventual acceptance — captured the hearts of her Brisbane audience.

The star, never one to shy away from the extraordinary, embraced the peculiar plush, taking it backstage as a quirky memento from an unforgettable night.
