A multi-vehicle crash on the Story Bridge has caused traffic chaos across the Brisbane CBD.
Emergency services were called to a multi-vehicle crash on the Bradfield Hwy Northbound at Kangaroo Point, just after 3.30pm.
On arrival, authorities found a two-vehicle crash that had blocked two northbound lanes of traffic on the Story Bridge.
As of 4pm, the vehicles have been removed from the bridge and traffic is flowing into one lane.
The crash had far-reaching impact across the city, occurring during peak school pick-up time.
One-hour after the crash traffic was still at a crawl in many areas of the city.
Heavy traffic is also being reported along both lanes of the Riverside Expressway, while the trip from Brisbane to Logan and the Gold Coast was also experiencing delays.
More to come.
