A woman and boy are dead and a girl is seriously injured after their four-wheel-drive left a rural road, overturning and crashing into a tree.

The accident happened on Chinchilla-Wondai Rd northeast of Chinchilla on the Western Downs about 4.10pm on Wednesday.
