In March police raided the 40-year-old’s Darlinghurst home and an industrial space in Marrickville, allegedly seizing four replica pistols, knuckle dusters, LSD, ice, ketamine, and a range of prescription medications.

Lister, who was granted $20,000 bail, was mentioned in Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday where police laid the 11 new charges.

They include indecent assault, commercial drug supply, drug supply, five additional counts of drug possession and three counts of possessing a prescribed restricted substance.

Court documents allege Lister supplied 1.5 grams of LSD and 6.4 grams of alprazolam – a prescription drug – in March.

The documents state Lister was also allegedly found with a cocktail of drugs in his possession during the same month, including psychedelic drug DMT, ketamine and ice.

Police allege Lister drugged his victims – including three art students – before abusing them.

The ‘adventure painter’ allegedly offered the students ‘internships’ and police allege also tattooed three lines onto the torso of one of his victims while she was heavily intoxicated on November 28, 2015.

The court has previously heard Lister had vowed to fly to the United States after discovering he was under investigation.

The graffiti artist has previously said he’ll fight all of the charges but if convicted faces a lengthy prison sentence.
