The real estate agent who allegedly attacked a woman with a samurai sword has secured the sale of the Annandale home where the incident occurred.

Karl Howard, the Ray White estate agent charged with occasioning actual bodily harm and wounding with intent to murder, after allegedly slicing a woman with a samurai sword, has secured $2.63 million in the sale of his Annandale home.
It was bought by Craig Humphreys, who founded iQ3, Australia’s largest listed cybersecurity company.

Howard, who has yet to apply for bail, was a co-principal at Ray White Balmain but had his employment terminated after his February arrest. Magistrate Glenn Bartley has adjourned the matter to June 1.
His 1980s-built home, bought with his then estate agent partner for $1.85 million in 2016, was sold through Belle Annandale.
The marketing advised there were approved plans for master bedroom, with ensuite and walk-in robe, costed at $96,000.
The court has been told that Howard had allegedly taken four Viagra, plus valium and cocaine and spent the night drinking before the 5am incident at his Ferris St house.
