Trans advocates alarmed by UK Supreme Court's definition of 'woman'

Reality has triumphed over delusion.

Britain’s Supreme Court has helped restore a little sanity in an increasingly mad world with a landmark ruling steeped in common sense and scientific certainty.

In a definitive ruling the court found that a woman is “a biological female”.

Always was, always will be.

The unanimous decision will have far-reaching implications and confirms that men who identify as women, aka trans women, are not women and will not enjoy the same protections under the Equality Act which the judges said “makes clear that the concept of sex is binary, a person is either a woman or a man”.

Halle-bloody-lujah.

It’s a little sad that the UK’s highest court needed to define what a “woman” is but the question has become fraught thanks to the inexorable activism of the trans movement who want to strip the word of all meaning.

They have attacked scientific certainties by demanding that men who identify as women be included in the definition, while also fighting to eliminate the use of gendered language.

They want breastfeeding to be called “chestfeeding”, mothers to be called “birthing bodies” and in one particularly egregious case a painfully woke UK-based sanitary product company called women “bleeders” so as to be inclusive of trans men and non-binary people.

But of course the excesses of the trans movement do not stop with deliberately mangling the English language, they want to breach the rights of women by accessing women’s only spaces and sports.

It’s a hot issue from the UK to the US but Australia’s gutless politicians have completely surrendered to trans activists.

When Liberal leader Peter Dutton was asked about the landmark ruling on Thursday, he gave a typically weak response.

“That is a matter before the British courts, I’ve not seen the details of the case and (it’s) not something front of mind at this election,” he said.

No, it’s not top of mind but that doesn’t mean it’s not important.

It’s Dutton’s job to make it an issue and he has failed to give a clear position on a 80-20 issue where the 80 per cent has been abandoned by the political, media and activist class.
