Two men shot at Sydney McDonald’s carpark
TWO men have been shot several times in the early hours of this morning as they sat in a four-wheel drive in a McDonald’s carpark in Sydney’s west. Police are now on the hunt for the gunman.

TWO men have been injured in a shooting in Sydney’s west.
About 12.35am, the duo were sitting in a vehicle in the car park of a McDonald’s restaurant on Woodville Road, Merrylands, when they were approached by an unknown male who fired several shots into their silver Toyota Hi-Lux, hitting both of them.

The offender then fled the scene on foot, and was last seen running through Granville Park. He was wearing a black hooded jumper.
The victims drove out of the car park, stopping at a nearby Star Mart petrol station when emergency services were contacted.
Police have now established two crime scenes; one in the McDonald’s car park and one at the petrol station.
The two men, believed to be aged in their 20s, were taken to hospital in a stable condition.
