Jarett and Tory Martin-Manton committed to district court for sentence over Byron Bay stabbing
The Ballina brothers, who allegedly stabbed a man with broken glass during a fight in Byron Bay, will proceed to the next phase of the court process.

Two Ballina brothers charged over an alleged park stabbing will proceed to the Lismore District Court for sentence after a number of charges against the pair were dropped.
Jarett and Tory Martin-Manton, aged 25 and 24, appeared in Tweed Heads Local Court on Friday.
Police will allege the pair were involved in a fight in Apex Park in Byron Bay in the early hours of Sunday, September 20, 2020.
It will be alleged that during this fight, the brothers stabbed Gregory Martin, causing various wounds.
Police will allege both accused were armed with broken glass.
Both brothers face a charge each of reckless wounding in company and a back up charge of affray.
Previous charges of cause grievous bodily harm to person with intent and wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm were withdrawn on Friday.
No pleas have been entered.
Both brothers were committed to the Lismore District Court for a sentence mention on August 30.
Their lawyer asked the court to order a sentencing assessment report for each brother.
The brothers remain on bail.
