Court documents revealed police will allege Mr Robinson supplied cocaine on three or more occasions between October 1 and November 18 this year.

The two matters were mentioned together in Tweed Heads Local Court on Friday where the prosecution indicated there were delays in the case’s charge certification.

She said the DPP required extra time as the evidence relied on phone interceptions being transcribed which she said was up to 20 pages in length.

“It’s my intention next week to serve the crown case statement,” she said.

Defence lawyer Jason Grant did not object to the adjournment.

Each matter was listed for August 13 with a charge certificate due on August 12.

Both remain on bail.
