Man seriously injured in motorbike crash on Far North Coast
Police are appealing for information after a man was seriously injured after a motorcycle and car collided near Murwillumbah on the Far North Coast.

A 57-year-old motorcyclist has been left with serious leg and arm injuries after a road crash near Murwillumbah.
Police were called to Byrrill Creek Road, Byrrill Creek, about 10.30am on Monday September 26 – some 25km south west of Murwillumbah – after reports a Subaru and a motorcycle had collided.
The rider was treated by paramedics before being flown to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious, but stable condition.
The driver of the Subaru, a 67-year-old woman, and the pillion passenger of the motorcycle, a 55-year-old woman, were also treated for minor injuries before being taken to Tweed Heads Hospital.
Tweed-Byron Police are investigating and appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have dashcam footage to come forward.
Police would also like to speak with a woman who may have witnessed the crash before leaving the area before officers arrived.
