Three men stabbed as others brawl in chaotic night in Sydney

Police are investigating two alleged stabbing attacks and a brawl in unrelated violent incidents in the CBD overnight.
Four men were questioned at Day St Police Station this morning after a fight allegedly broke out near The Star casino just after 2am today.
One man sat shirtless and cross-legged on the ground as paramedics tried to treat him after the fight, others were lined up against a wall as police tried establish what happened.
Two men had to be treated for facial injuries.
The four men were later released by police pending further investigations.
The brawl happened to break out around the same time as police were called to a stabbing nearby on Pirrama Rd at Pyrmont.
Police found a 40-year-old man with a wound to his neck. He was rushed to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a critical condition.
A 50-year-old was arrested nearby, taken to Day Street Police Station and charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm to front Parramatta Bail Court today.
It is understood the two men may have been living on the street and knew each other prior to the alleged stabbing.
Earlier that evening, shortly after 8pm Saturday, police were told two men had been stabbed on Pitt St.
Police attended Sydney Hospital about 9.45pm where a 24-year-old man had presented suffering a wound to his neck.
A second 24-year-old man also showed up at Royal Prince Alfred with wounds to his right arm and shoulder.
Police said the two men knew each other and are believed to have been in an altercation with three caucasian youths near the intersection of Pitt and Bridge streets.
