They are some of the grandest mansions in Sydney in some of the most exclusive areas in our state. The Sunday Telegraph takes a look at 20 eye-catching mega mansions and the billionaires, millionaires, politicians, actors and average Joes who call these places home.

They are some of the grandest mansions and attention-grabbing buildings in Sydney, with 25 rooms plus, servants’ quarters, sprawling pools and spectacular harbour views.

But while the homes may be impressive, many of these properties have owners who are equally as interesting.

The Sunday Telegraph has taken a look at 20 of Sydney’s most eye-catching mega mansions and the billionaires, millionaires, politicians, actors and average Joes who call these places home.

NICK PASPALEY JR

Head of family company Paspaley, which pioneered the Australian South Sea pearl industry

Located on the same street as Lindsay Fox’s mansion Boomerang, Ramona is a late Victorian mansion famous for its ornate leadlight windows, cedar joinery and spectacular harbour views.
