Commuters have been delayed for up to 45 minutes on Sydney’s railway network after a man on the tracks blocked trains for about half an hour.

Commuters have been delayed for up to 45 minutes on Sydney’s railway network after a man on the tracks blocked trains for about half an hour.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident, on the T1 North Shore and Western Line near Artarmon, about 5.50pm on Tuesday.
Transport for NSW told this masthead most services were back up and running, but a flow-on delay of 45 minutes was still causing a burden for travellers.
People on the T1 line were also experiencing gaps of up to 20 minutes between services.
Transport for NSW asked travellers to keep an eye on the train timetable for updates and listen to announcements at stations.
