“Welcome to the world gorgeous Frankie – congratulations Sophie and Joseph. This baby is so loved,” said janesouthward.

“Have so much fun getting to know your new little friend. So happy for you all Sophie,” enthused siangordon.

Delezio’s father Ron said the birth of his grandchild was “just lovely”.

“It’s a great credit to Dr Peter Haywood,” he said.

“He put everything back in the right place, all working very well.”

Earlier in the month, Delezio told The Telegraph she was eager to welcome her son to the world and ready for her pregnancy to end, as she entered the third trimester.

“It is very exciting. I just want to blink away the next few weeks and have him in our arms,” the childcare crash survivor told The Daily Telegraph.

“You’re so excited to meet them (the baby) and sleep comfortably for once.”

Delezio said her pregnancy has been “amazing” but “it doesn’t matter what pre-existing health condition you have or don’t have, pregnancy is hard on everyone.”

“It’s not an easy experience and everyone faces their own challenges and whether or not you have a disability determines nothing in pregnancy,” she said.

“You are going to either struggle or have an easy pregnancy regardless.

“No one has a straightforward journey.”
