The family of a Sydney man is waiting anxiously for news after he disappeared early this week. NSW Police are leading the search for missing man Christopher Boyd, who left his phone behind when he left his office and has not used his credit or bank cards since.

A Sydney family is waiting anxiously for news of missing man Christopher Boyd, who disappeared from Bondi Junction earlier this week after leaving his workplace.

The 56-year old, known to friends and family as Chris, was last seen on Monday morning at his office on York Street in the CBD.

He left his mobile phone on his desk when he left the office, and Opal card records show he caught a train from Town Hall to Edgecliff and then onto Bondi Junction, where he arrived at 9:22am Monday morning, March 25.

He has not used his credit cards or bank card, and only had a small amount of cash in his wallet when he disappeared.

Mr Boyd has not been seen or heard from since and his family have grave concerns for his welfare.

Mr Boyd is 180cm tall, weighs 80 kilograms and was last seen wearing dark grey trousers, a light pin-striped business shirt and runners.

Anyone who has information about Mr Boyd’s whereabouts, or anyone who was in Bondi at about 9:22am on Monday, is being urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
