SERIAL rapist Graham James Kay is back behind bars for allegedly failing to disclose an intimate relationship with a prostitute.
The 66-year-old, who became known as the North Shore Rapist and served 18 years for eight horrifying attacks on women in the 1990s, was released on parole in 2015, then placed on a highly restrictive Extended Supervision Order when his parole ended.
The ESO means Kay must declare any new relationships, or if anyone is staying at his house.
He was arrested in Parramatta at 8pm last night and charged with three alleged ESO breaches which allegedly took place on the night of April 7.
The breaches allegedly included failing to disclose an intimate relationship, allowing a person to stay at his residence without prior approval and failing to truthfully answer questions from his department supervising officer.
The Daily Telegraph understands the alleged relationship was with a prostitute.
He was charged with common assault and stalk intimidate and released on conditional bail by police to reappear in Parramatta Local Court on Tuesday.
Kay was refused bail over the alleged ESO breaches in Parramatta Bail Court this morning but is expected to apply for release when his matters return to court on Tuesday
