Analosa Ah Keni, 35, was arrested by police on March 8 on the Hume Highway at Marulan, where she was taken to Goulburn police station and charged. She appeared in Goulburn Local Court charged with murder.

Yesterday she appeared in Burwood Local Court to apply for bail. The matter was adjourned until March 28.

Ah Keni, who is four months pregnant, told police she “couldn’t remember” what she was doing on the day of the murder according to Nine News.

While police suspect that Arthur Kelekolio, also charged with murder, of pulling the trigger, Nine reports that police will allege Ah Keni surveilled the victim, was there when the gunman was given a change of clothes following the murder and provided the getaway car.

Kelekolio, 38, was arrested in February as he tried to board a flight to Bali. He has not been granted bail.

Police nabbed Kelekolio after his passport reportedly triggered an alert at the airport.

His lawyer, Adam Houda, didn’t apply for bail for Kelekolio and it was formally refused by magistrate Les Mabbutt.

Following the targeted attack, officers said they would be looking into Mr Ledinh’s organised crime clients as part of their investigation, with the Homicide Squad setting up Strike Force Eugene to investigate the shooting.

The father-of-five was one of the solicitors who represented Philip Nguyen, the man jailed over the killing of Sydney police constable Bill Crews in 2010.
