Police are appealing for public assistance after a violent armed robbery on a licensed premises in Lake Macquarie.
The incident took place around 3pm, March 28, on Ntaba Rd, Jewells, with police being told a suspect forced his way into the premises using a broken bottle, stole cash, and then fled the scene.
There were no injuries reported and a crime scene has been established and an investigation into the incident are underway.
Following inquires, police have released images of a man who may have information that could aid their investigation.
The individual is described as caucasian, with a medium build, short hair, and a beard, wearing grey track pants and black shoes.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
