When it comes to love, the new currency in the eastern suburbs is known colloquially as the three Cs — cash, cocaine and champagne.

They’re the inducements on offer from some newly divorced men looking for love — and there is no shortage of women hankering for a taste of them, along with the chance to hang out with moneyed gents.

PYTs (pretty young things) searching for a good time are also broking contracts upfront — and asking what their “allowance” will be in the event things go well and they shack up together.

The going rate has been put at between $10,000-$30,000 a month.

“They all have their own arrangements,” one well-placed source said.

“Some pay cash, others pay in Birkin bags. These girls are not in a position to own these designer items.”

One woman in the midst of a messy settlement told Sunday Confidential: “I’ve lived here my entire life and have never seen people behaving like this.

“It’s like these people have no moral values.

“Everything is transactional. For the price of an Uber and a glass of champagne you get to have sex with a young woman.”

One high-profile man from the eastern suburbs — who has had more than one wife and a few girlfriends to follow — has a trademark gift he gives to his young partners.

“This bloke gives each girl the same necklace from BVLGARI, but with a different letter,” an anonymous source said.

“He should have bought the alphabet upfront – would have saved him money.”

In another example, a middle-aged doctor from the eastern suburbs left his wife and has shacked up with a girl who is about the same age as his daughter.

Another divorcee whose husband has shacked up with a younger woman claims social media is to blame for the trend.

“They are desperate to have a new designer bag to share to their social media site and they will do anything to get it,” she said.

“Many of them still live with their parents, but they are dressed head to toe in luxury labels … and are sporting handbags given to them by enthusiastic older men who are happy to receive the attention.

“They have absolutely no interest in the men.”
