Man stabbed to death at Schofields property

A MAN has died after being stabbed multiple times outside a rural property in Sydney’s west overnight.

A MAN has died after being stabbed multiple times outside a rural property in Sydney’s west overnight.

Emergency crews rushed to Meadow Rd in Schofields shortly after 11pm, following reports a man in his 40s had been stabbed.

Police found the man outside a property with multiple stab wounds.

He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition. He died a short time later.

Multiple forensic teams and police were on scene until the early hours of Sunday morning gathering evidence.

Police are investigating the nature of the incident and said they will begin the search for the perpetrator once the victim has been identified.
