Vultures at home for test of the Bears

The Toowoomba Valleys Vultures return home as they look to end their winless Gridiron Queensland run.

GRIDIRON: The long grind continues for the Toowoomba Valleys Vultures as they continue to push through the Gridiron Queensland season.

To date they remain the only side without a win in 2019, but are relishing the chance for a rare home game this weekend.

The Vultures will make just their second appearance at Herb Steinohrt Oval on Saturday when they host the Logan City Bears.

Their opponents secured a forfeit victory over the Vultures back in round two, with their only other win for the season coming against the Raptors in round five.

Toowoomba is coming off a 55-0 defeat to the third-placed Gold Coast Stingrays.

Saturday’s fixture commences at 4pm.
