BASKETBALL: After being edged out in a top of the table clash, the Mustangs are seeking revenge tonight in the Toowoomba Basketball League.

The Washed on James Mustangs fell to the unbeaten Southern Cross Bricklaying Eels in a low-scoring encounter last week, putting them two wins behind the Eels on the ladder.

They get their chance to bounce back, coming up against the Westridge Fruit and Veg Warriors, who have gone winless in their past three outings.

The night’s other fixture pits the Eels against the Pump Panthers, who are still buzzing after their first win of the season last week.

The Panthers had three scorers drop 20+ points, and are hopeful of welcoming Cameron Weber back into the side.

Action gets underway at 6pm at Clive Berghofer Arena with the Mustangs and Warriors.
