RACING: The latest update of race meetings for the remainder of May and June has seen the Toowoomba Turf Club benefit.

Clifford Park will now host five meetings over the next seven weeks, starting with an eight-race card this Friday.

The track will also host night programs on May 31 and June 26, as well as a twilight meet on June 5 and a day meeting on June 14.

Gatton will return to action on Saturday, as well as on June 27, while Dalby’s Bunya Park will feature Saturday meetings on May 23 and June 20.

Allman Park at Warwick will be the centre of attention on June 16 as the stand-alone Queensland track.

Friday’s meeting at Clifford Park has again attracted strong nominations, with 158 horses across eight races.

Pat O’Shea Plate winner Dark Son has nominated for the two-year-old event.
