POLICE have arrested two teens and a man over an alleged break and enter at the Highfields Coles.

The males smashed the front glass door in an unsuccessful attempt to enter.

Police allege the trio moved on to the Highfields Coles, smashed its front door and gained entry.

It is alleged they stole a large quantity mobile phones and cigarettes.

A security officer has disturbed the males, who fled.

The teens were dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act while the 18-year-old will appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court in August.
