Aggressive woman arrested after police find drugs and weapon

A WOMAN will face the Toowoomba Magistrates Court charged with a string of drug and weapons offences.
Crows Nest Police found the 25-year-old woman in a parked car at Merritts Creek Rd on November 27.
Their inquiries revealed the woman was on a suspended licence.
During their conversation the woman pulled out a knife and tossed it on the ground.
Police searched the woman and her car to find a cache of dangerous drugs, prescription drugs and drug utensils.
As the officers moved to arrest the woman she became aggressive.
Officers charged the woman with nine drug offences, possessing a knife in a public place, committing public nuisance, obstructing police and unlicensed driving.
She will appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on December 10.
