Kaftan queen Camilla Franks and fiance JP Jones split after lengthy engagement
Seven years after fashion designer Camilla Franks and JP Jones became engaged, the much-loved couple have gone their separate ways.

Fashion royalty Camilla Franks and her fiance JP Jones have split after seven years together.
The pair had a long and steadfast love affair, with Welsh muso and artist Jones by her side when Franks battled stage 3 breast cancer.
The pair welcomed a daughter, Luna Gypsy Jones, in January 2018, with Franks crediting the couple’s firstborn with “deepening” her love for her partner.
However in recent years, the relationship is said to have been strained, with the couple spending less and less time together.
The split comes after the couple postponed their nuptials multiple times.
They first planned to get married in 2017, however put their wedding plans on hold when Franks found out she was pregnant two months ahead of their scheduled wedding in India.
The then planned to get married in 2020, however Franks’ cancer diagnosis in 2018 put their plans on hold once more.
Jones and Franks, one of the country’s most loved and respected fashion designers, met more than 25 years ago at a nightclub in London.
The pair reunited and became engaged in 2016 and have split their time between Australia and Wales, where JP’s family and son Blue live.
When Franks was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in January 2018, just months after she welcomed her daughter Luna Gypsy Jones, it was JP who was by her side, nursing her back to health.
“I’m so proud of my beautiful fiancee who has battled 5 months of chemotherapy. Today was her last day. She is a warrior. Onwards and upwards from here on in my love,” JP wrote on social media at the time.
The couple share their five-year-old daughter Luna together, and Franks has previously spoken about how her arrival brought her and JP even closer.
“Luna’s arrival was wild and incredible,” she previously said.
“From the moment we met Luna she brought unparalleled happiness — and she’s deepened the love between JP and I.”
