Justin Hemmes buys Madeline Holtznagel two llamas for her 27th birthday

Rumours that Justin Hemmes and Madeline Holtznagel’s relationship was on the rocks have been dispelled after the billionaire treated his model girlfriend to a birthday weekend with a twist.

There were strong rumours their relationship was on the rocks just weeks ago, however it seems all has been forgiven between Justin Hemmes and Madeline Holtznagel.

Hours after she left friend Bernadette Fahey’s pilates studio, Holtznagel was seen boarding a flight to Narooma to be with her long-term boyfriend Hemmes.

It is there that millionaire man Hemmes had organised a number of events to celebrate his much younger girlfriend’s 27th birthday.

The pair are reportedly enjoying a wholesome weekend on the South Coast, where he owns a $7.5m home.

Holtznagel shared snaps of herself collecting eggs, a basket of vegetables and meeting the new additions to their family — two fluffy brown llamas.

It’s a far cry from the debaucherous party the 51-year-old threw for her last year, which consisted of oysters, caviar shots and birthday cake at his Newport restaurant Bert’s Bar and Brasserie.

He then chartered his seaplane to his $60m Vaucluse mansion for an epic pool party. Her genetically blessed friends then documented a no expense spared party at Hemmes’ mansion – with Holtznagel slipping into a slinky white G-string two-piece alongside her bikini-clad pals.

The couple, who have been dating for three years, met almost five years ago, however things turned serious when Holtznagel spent Covid lockdown at Hemmes’ multimillion-dollar Vaucluse mansion in 2020.

Hemmes made his debut on the Financial Review Rich List in 2018 with an estimated net worth of $951m.

In 2021, that net worth grew to $1.2bn, making him the 97th richest person in Australia.

“We have known each other for two years and met when I was modelling in Singapore,” Holtznagel has said previously.

LIFE A CONE OF SILENCE WITH SANDILANDS

KIIS FM breakfast host Jase Hawkins has told of life as Kyle Sandilands’ housemate, saying the radio heavyweight used to sit around “smoking cones” and eating Paddle Pops.

Hawkins and Sandilands shared a house in Sydney in the early 2000s after Sandilands had poached him from Triple M in Brisbane.

“I was 18. He (Kyle) did not drink. He never left the house, he just sat there and smoked cones all week and I would just passively get stoned,” Hawkins revealed at the Commercial Radio Industry Awards.

“Every night at 8pm he (Kyle) would look at me and go ‘Remember I took you off the streets and gave you a job? Can you ride up the street and get Paddle Pops from the servo?’,” Hawkins said.

Hawkins, who now hosts KIIS FM Melbourne’s Jase and Lauren show, with Lauren Phillips, added: “I’m sure that was the old Kyle.”

Meanwhile, Phillips, one of the brightest stars in radio, is out of contract as rumours swell about a potential takeover by Kyle Sandilands and Jackie “O” Henderson of the KIIS Melbourne breakfast gig.

With talks of takeovers, it is no doubt an uneasy time to be between contracts. Phillips would be an asset to any network.

FANS RUSSELL UP A TREAT

IT turns out Russell Crowe has diehard fans in Malta — and he is now available to eat.

Sunday Confidential was sent an image of a life size chocolate of “Rusty” as a gladiator that was made for an international chocolate festival.

It prompted us to reach out to the Oscar-winning actor to ask about the impressive statue, and it turns out he was pretty chuffed by the creation.

“Some people get statues made of bronze, some in marble. In Malta, they made me out of … chocolate,” he said.

“Hamrun is an international chocolate festival in its 13th or 14th year. I only heard about (it) through people I know in Malta. It’s life size apparently.

“The artist’s name is Tiziano Cassar (might be related to Troy Cassar-Daley).”

That’s not all that’s happening in Malta for Crowe, who is to perform with his band on June 17 at a party in Villetta.

ANGUS AND JULIA STOKED

He is used to rubbing shoulders with A-listers, however there’s one woman who literally stopped Aussie muso Angus Stone in his tracks.
The singer- songwriter, who grew up in Newport on Sydney’s northern beaches, shared a snap of Hollywood A-lister Julia Roberts, who came to his show in San Francisco.

“Was such a beautiful evening. What a special human @juliaroberts at the dope lemon show in San Francisco,” he captioned an Instagram image.

The meeting between the pair comes as Stone, known as Dope Lemon, left his Byron Bay home to take over North American stages for the first time.

Stone is not even halfway through his North American tour, with the 37-year-old still to perform in Calgary, and Toronto, Canada, and Boston, Brooklyn, Atlanta and Nashville in the US.

ROXY IS OUT, WWEEVV IS IN

One year after closing the doors to her iconic Sweaty Betty PR agency, another company has taken over Roxy Jacenko’s lucrative Instagram handle.

Followers of Jacenko’s Sweaty Betty Instagram page were surprised to see an image of Jacenko, with a bug over her face, captioned: “Breaking news: Roxy is out. Sweaty Betty PR is gone, WWEEVV taken over. ”

The mother-of-two sold the handle (which currently has 97.2K followers) to the WWEEVV app for six figures.

WWEEVV is a one-stop shop for social video content from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

PILATES GURU CEMENTS GO-TO STATUS

IF we didn’t already know Bernadette Fahey’s Body by Berner pilate’s studio was the hottest workout venue in town, this week she proved it.

Some of Sydney’s hottest bods made their way out of her renowned Bondi studio after a workout session this week, including interiors guru Jade Yarborough, model Madeline Holtznagel, publicist and ‘it’ girl Montarna Pitt, Love Island’s Cassidy McGill and Bondi hottie Dina Broadhurst.

Fahey, who founded the studio in May, said: “Body by Berner is absolutely booming. I think this is because my method focuses on body as well as the mind.”
