J Yeah

M WALKS BEHIND THE KITCHEN BENCH AND POINTS TO THE COCAINE AND SAYS:

M How much do you want to take?

J TAKES MONEY OUT OF HIS POCKET AND GIVES IT TO M

J That’s for last time — that’s 1600 (8 grams 27/11/18)

J How much is there?

M Can probably give ya half now

J Yeah

M Half an ounce

J Yeah, yeah

M And maybe the other half an ounce tomorrow

J Yeah, sweet

M If that works for ya

J Yep, whatever

M Do you want 14 singles, or you just want it in one lot?

J PLACED THE COCAINE ON THE KITCHEN BENCH AND COMMENCED DIVIDING AND CUTTING IT WITH A CARD

J LEANED OVER THE BENCH HOLDING THE BAG OF COCAINE IN HIS HAND

J AND ANOTHER KNOWN PERSON SNORTED COCAINE FROM THE BENCH TOP

J I’m definitely going after this. I’m not sitting here doing this

J REMOVED A BAG CONTAINING COCAINE FROM THE KITCHEN BENCH AND PLACED IT IN HIS RIGHT PANT POCKET

J INHALED ANOTHER LINE INTO HIS NOSE FROM THE KITCHEN BENCH

J All right, um, I’ll take off big man, so …

M I’ll have another half, I’ll organise that

J What, tomorrow?

M Yep

J If you can handle it tomorrow morning, I can. But I’m out of action from 12 o’clock onwards

M Either 2.30, I’m f**ken either 2.30, I’m getting an operation on, or 9.30

J Bugger

M I dunno till I get this done

J Um, OK, so if I come and get 14 tomorrow, whatever

M If you gunna pick up again

J What, tomorrow?

M I’d prefer to have it before you pick up again, but …

J You need 2800, 2800 by tomorrow?

M No, only if you want to get more for yourself if you’re gunna sell it, you know what I mean — maybe — wait there, I might not need it — wait a sec. I’ll work it out tomorrow.

J I’ll try to do it

M The only reason I’ll try to work it out, ‘cause I …

J I don’t want to leave you out of pocket

J LEFT THE PREMISES
