The inspiration behind MAFS star Jessika Power’s cosmetic surgery blitz
To most people it would be an insult, but Married At First Sight starlet Jessika Power is embracing comparisons on her new look after dropping more than $60k on the transformation.
Australia’s favourite reality TV starlet, Jessika ‘Super’ Power has credited Barbie as the inspiration for her $63,000 cosmetic surgery makeover.
“Everyone compares me to Barbie and says, ‘She is becoming a Barbie doll’,” Power, the breakout star of Married At First Sight, said.
“I don’t see that as a bad thing. That is what I played with when I was younger and if I want to have blonde hair, blue eyes, big lips, slim thighs and big boobs I am going to.
“I have had my veneers done, I have cheek filler, a brow lift, some Botox through my frown line, I had my lips (the filler in her lips) dissolved and then re-done and I have had a Lip Flip, so that all up was $50,000.
“Then I had a $13,000 fat transfer where fat from my thighs was injected into my boobs. I went up two cups sizes and slimmed down on my thighs, so two birds, one stone.
“And I recently had some more Botox, but that was just for maintenance.
“Now everyone is like, ‘Get a BBL’, which is a Brazilian Butt Lift, but I am happy with my bum.”
Her transformation into a living doll has drawn criticism from online trolls.
“I love my look. I am still the same Jess, I just look a little bit better,” she said.
“It seems the better I look the more hate I get and I guess that is mainly from women who are sad in their marriages.
“It is always the haters who have cats in their (social media) profile pictures.”

The now Melbourne-based Power, who was with her boyfriend Nick Furphy at Vogue Dental Studio’s White Night party on Friday, said she was finished with dating bad boys.
“I always go for the guy who has the tattoos and the guy who has the background or the history and it never works for me, so I decided to change my speed,” she said.
“I am done with bad boys and I am done with the drama that goes with it.”
