POP princess Kylie Minogue experienced “many firsts” during her two-year relationship with INXS frontman Michael Hutchence.

The 45-year-old has also revealed she still missed the rocker, nearly 17 years after he was found dead in a Sydney hotel room.

“Let’s just say I was 21 and my eyes were open to the world,” Minogue told the 15-year anniversary edition of GQ Magazine (out March 3) of their romance.

Posing in a shoot with model twins Jordan and Zac Stenmark, Minogue said: “You want to experience everything and I couldn’t think of a better person to, you know, take those first steps into the big wide world with …

“I remember thinking that at the time, that of course his was the first funeral and the first kind of thing like that because Michael was just so many firsts in my life … He was. Yes, he was.”

Her memories of Hutchence come as his INXS bandmates tell tonight’s Channel 7 program, Sunday Night, the singer would have “hated” his daughter Tiger Lily being raised by his love rival, Sir Bob Geldof.

They also say the 17-year-old is “lucky’’ she had Geldof - the ex-husband of her mum Paula Yates — “in the end.”

Guitarist Tim Farriss said: “Michael hated Bob in the end so much, to think that he would end up as the sole parent of Tiger Lily would have been the most horrific thing he could have imagined. But luckily for Tiger she had Bob at the end.”

While none of the band have maintained a relationship with Tiger, Farriss would love to meet her “when the time is right...with open arms.”
