NATHAN Blanch is in career- best form and Harwood know it.

The Westlawn opening bowler will be treated with respect when the CRCA Premier League preliminary final takes place at Ellem Oval today and tomorrow.

Westlawn came close to disrupting Tucabia-Copmanhurst's passage into the final and will be buoyed by Blanch's form.

"He's been this consistent for years," Westlawn captain Charlie Amos said. "We're just fielding much better, keeping the pressure on the batsmen and holding a few more catches."

Harwood goes into the clash with the same 12 who defeated Brothers by 77 runs at Harwood Oval.

"He's bowling better than he ever has and can bowl for long periods. His 20th over is as good as his first," Harwood captain Tim McMahon said.
