A stunning riverfront property designed by well-known architect and surf filmmaker Paul Witzig is currently listed for auction.
Set on 1.3 riverfront hectares running down to the Broadwater arm of the Clarence River, this 480 sqm property has been meticulously built with multiple extras including an in-ground pool and spa, large double garage and double shed, a mixture of polished concrete and hardwood flooring, as well as a gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry.
Located on the edge of the Clarence River at 510 Old Ferry Road, Ashby, architect Paul Witzig said this property was a special project for him.
“All the planets aligned … A breathtaking site with steep topography, bathed in panoramic views of nearby water and dividing range beyond and with a creek and dams running from top to bottom of the allotment,” he said.
“This perfect site was married to bold and committed clients who were prepared to do whatever was required to create a home that makes everything and more of its position with views from every room. Challenging to build, the result is well worth the endeavour.”
In 2016, the property was sold as vacant land for $335,000.
The property is available for inspection by appointment with First National Real Estate Yamba.
The auction is scheduled for 1pm, June 11, 2021 through online auction website Openn Negotiation.
