Development consent is being sought to undertake a series of alterations and additions to the Maclean Bowling Club.
Currently advertised for the public to peruse, in the DA2021/0239, these alterations include an extension of 18.55 square metres, refurbishment to the club’s central amenity complex, relocation and extension of the alfresco gaming lounge.
According to the notification plans, these proposed changes, which have an estimated cost of just over $600,000 are planned for the western side of the property.
Although extensions are being sought, it’s understood that there will remain sufficient parking to cater for these proposed changes.
Members of the community have until 4pm, April 30, 2021 to submit their comments to Clarence Valley Council about this development application.
