UPDATE: Land and air search finds missing 74-year-old woman

UPDATE: A missing 74-year-old woman who was last seen overnight has been found alive and well.
About 12pm today the woman was located on Braunstone Rd, around 20km south of Grafton.
Coffs/Clarence Police District Acting Inspector Nick Wiles said the woman was in good health and has been reunited with her family.
"She has been attended to by NSW Ambulance paramedics and will be assessed at Grafton Base Hospital as a precaution," he said.
Officers from Coffs/Clarence Police District with assistance from PolAir helicopter and SES volunteers, as well as the local Coutts Crossing community, began searching about 8am this morning after the woman was last seen at the intersection of Armidale and Black Swan roads, Coutts Crossing, 20km south of Grafton, about 6.30pm yesterday.
A/Insp Wiles thanked the volunteers and Coutts Crossing community for their assistance, as well as local media for their efforts in aiding the search.
EARLIER: Police are appealing for public assistance to find a woman missing on the state's north coast.
The woman, aged 74, was last seen at a licensed premises at the intersection of Armidale and Black Swan Roads, Coutts Crossing, south of Grafton, about 6.15pm yesterday (Wednesday 7 October 2020).
Officers from Coffs/Clarence Police District were notified when she failed to return home and are conducting an extensive search of the area with the assistance of SES volunteers.
