The Waterview Heights man faced court on February 20, charged with sexual intercourse without consent.

Lee is yet to enter any pleas.

Part of Lee’s bail condition is not to go within 5km of the alleged victim, their residence, place of work and not to harass or stalk them.

His matter was transferred to Parramatta and Lee will face court on March 9 for brief status.
