Homicide detectives join search for William Tyrrell

THE search for three-year-old William Tyrrell in NSW is not being treated as a murder despite homicide detectives joining the search.

THE search for three-year-old William Tyrrell in NSW is not being treated as a murder despite homicide detectives joining the search.

William Tyrrell disappeared from his grandmother's home in Kendall, south of Port Macquarie, in September.

Along with homicide detectives there are sex crimes squad and other specialist police searching for William.

For weeks police and volluunteers have looked for William in the bushland around the town as well as 21 nearby houses.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
