After a 12-month hiatus due to Covid-19 restrictions, Grafton finally has a new member of its royal family.

Hanna Craig has been named the 2021 Jacaranda Queen. She was crowned the 77th Grafton Jacaranda Queen in front of a large crowd at Market Square on Friday night.

Earlier in the night, Brooke Chapman was crowned as the Junior Jacaranda Queen, while Breeanna Paine was named the Jacaranda Princess and Aaliyah-Scarlett Roach the Junior Jacaranda Princess.

Having been part of the sub-committee for the Junior Jacaranda Queen candidates for seven years it has been a wonderful experience to be involved with the Jacaranda Festival.
