A small army of firefighters have raced to a wrecking yard at Trenayr after a fire broke out.
The incident has occurred at the same scrap yard where as many as 1500 vehicles ignited, generating a mega-plume of smoke from a cocktail of chemicals in late November last year.
In the most recent call out, Fire and Rescue NSW and the NSW Rural Fire Service reported the blaze spread across the yard, fuelled by more than 10 cars, on Wednesday afternoon.
A Hazmat truck was called to the yard to contain any potential toxic material.
More than 10 firefighting vehicles were called to tackle the fire, which was contained at 1.45pm.
There was no further threat to property and no one was injured in the fire.
