The Brewhouse Village continues to expand with their latest development application currently before Clarence Valley Council.

Plans for the construction of an unmanned diesel refuelling facility have been revealed with residents having until September 10 to have their say on the plan.

The facility will include one above ground tank divided into two compartments to enable the storage of automotive diesel in one, and diesel exhaust fluid in another.

The refuelling station is expected to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will cost approximately $400,000 to construct.
