Man killed in horror rollover near Coutts Crossing, south of Grafton.

Police continue investigations late into the night into fatal incident which claimed life of man believed to be in his 40s.

Police are at the scene of a single-vehicle crash near Coutts Crossing that claimed the life of a man.

Around 2.30pm on Thursday, emergency services were called to Armidale Road, around 5km from Coutts Crossing following reports a white Toyota van left the road and rolled.

The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene of the incident.

The deceased man is believed to be in his 40s.

Officers from Coffs/Clarence Police District established a crime scene which is continuing to be examined.

The incident is to the side of Armidale Road, and while no lanes have been closed, travellers through the area are advised to use caution as recovery and investigations continue

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is underway and a report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
