Police are expected to lay extra charges against the driver involved in the fatal car crash that killed four children in Oatlands after analysing his blood test results.
Samuel William Davidson was behind the wheel of a Mitsubishi Triton ute when it ploughed into a group of seven children on Bettington Rd on February 1.
The horrific crash killed four children, including three siblings — Antony, 13, Angelina, 12, and Sienna Abdallah, 8 — and their cousin, 11-year-old Veronica Sakr.
Another 11-year-old boy was critically injured and is still in hospital.
Police will allege Davidson, 29, was three times over the blood alcohol limit after drinking at a home around the corner from the crash scene.

He and a friend jumped in the ute to head to a service station up the road to withdraw money from the ATM.
Witnesses have told police Davidson was allegedly driving erratically moments before the crash, including tailgating a woman and trying to overtake someone at a roundabout.
The day after the crash he was charged with 20 offences, including manslaughter and drink driving and has been refused bail.
The Sunday Telegraph can reveal police are expected to lay further charges for driving under the influence of drugs after analysing the results of his blood tests.
The results will be analysed by impairment expert Dr Judy Perl to determine Davidson's level of impairment at the time of the crash.
Sources close to the investigation confirmed extra charges would likely be laid after the test results, which were received last week, were analysed.
Davidson is due in court again on April 2.
